Chinese Tea Blends with
Herbal Properties

Growing up in a Teochew family, I remember being given tea every time I asked for water. That’s how much tea was drunk in my immediate household. And habits grow by childhood association, so as an adult tea continued to become my comfort drink. I started learning how to recreate some of the herbal blends my mom was making regularly for her own health purposes. These blends are the result of years of experimentation and study, as well as a history rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
